The soft organic cotton sits against your skin like a light, breathable weighted blanket, warmed gently by your own body so there's no heating pad required. Wear it over your midsection while you read, stretch out on the couch, or drift off to sleep. For a lot of people it becomes the calmest ten minutes of the day.

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you may issue a return for your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the money will be refunded within 10 days to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To keep the cotton in good shape, wash as little as possible. When you do, wash every 15 to 20 uses: soak the wrap in warm water with a little baking soda, then rinse. Low tumble dry or hang to dry. Use the included wash bag to keep everything together in the machine.

Castor oil can stain, so wear your wrap with clothing you don't mind getting a little oily, and rest it on a towel between uses.

Replace your pack every two to three months with regular use. The included travel bag keeps the set together at home or on the go.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap closed tightly. A little goes a long way: about 1 tablespoon per session is plenty. For topical use only.
