Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. Standard shipping rates and delivery estimates apply.

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you may issue a return for your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the money will be refunded within 10 days to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Use

BEFORE LIGHTING
Cut the burnt ends of the wooden wick from the
previous burn with wick clips or by using your fingers.
YOUR FIRST USE
Burn your candle 1 hour for every 1 inch in diameter of the actual
candle size for the first use. Allow the wax to melt to the edge of
the vessel to prevent tunneling.
SAFETY
Only burn candles for 3-4 hours at a time.
Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects.
Discard or repurpose when 1/2" of wax remains.
