      If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you may issue a return for your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

      In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the money will be refunded within 10 days to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

      If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Care Instructions

      To keep the integrity of the product, wash as little as possible. If you wish, you can wash the pack every 15-20 uses by soaking it in baking soda and warm water, then rinsing. Low tumble dry or hang to dry. Replace the pack every 2-3 months.

      How to Use

      Pour 1 tbsp of Organic Castor Oil onto the soft cotton side of your Castor Oil Pack. Place your pack over your liver area (your right side, below rib cage) and tie it in place.

      Wear your Castor Oil Pack for a minimum of 1 hour. You can also wear it overnight to cleanse while you sleep!
